OUR FOUNDER

RichHearts Development Group was founding in 2018 when the owner Curtis Williams decided to add a development and construction capability to support his land investment brokerage customers.Curtis Williams has over 27 years in the real property management industry and over 22 years of experience in the construction industry.Curtis has served as program manager for wide variety developments and operations for DLA (Defense Logistics Agency). Served as project manager for a multitude of missions for WHS (Washington Headquarters’ Services), GPO (Government Printing Office), and the NAVY (Department of the Navy).
